Denis helped us out on a short notice inspection. He was very diligent and made sure we could get it done ASAP to meet a condition on our purchase. From the first time talking with Denis you knew the quality inspection you would get. After we got the report back, it just reaffirmed that he is very good at what he does and is genuine. He had visual details, heat scan photos, and great detail on any issues he found. He used a very easy to understand rating system: acceptable, marginal, etc.
